Here are the recipes for these flats, which are very easy to make, versatile as you can vary the seasoning and filling.
You can freeze them and, depending on the thickness (thinner), you can use them as crackers by cutting them smaller or in strips.
✔️ 1/2 cup flax meal (ground flax), I used golden.
✔️ 1/4 cup cup shredded coconut (unsweetened).
✔️ 1/4 cup chia seeds.
✔️ 1/4 cup sesame seeds
✔️ 1/2 teaspoon pink/sea salt
✔️ Olive/coconut oil or ghee 2 tbsp.
✔️ 1 cup boiling water.
✔️Condiments: here the amount and type is optional, you can use sweet paprika, smoked paprika, garlic powder, provenzal, oregano, rosemary, grated cheese, curry, etc.
Procedure:
Mix all the dry ingredients, then add the oil and water. Mix well and leave to stand for 10 minutes until the mucilage of the seeds is formed.
Arrange the preparation on a baking sheet with greaseproof paper and distribute evenly, remember that the thickness is up to you (thinner, crunchier).
Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 15′. After this time, remove from the oven and cut with a knife and cook again until dry. Remove from the oven, leave to cool and enjoy!
